We would highly recommend BT Wholesale – FibreServe to anyone, we kept missing new business calls being out of the office. Andrew gave us a new Cloud phone system that allows us to take customer calls on the move and we can transfer calls back into the office when we can’t speak. I spoke to FibreServe in advance of an upcoming renewal for our business internet line, as I wanted to get a better idea of other providers in the market, having been largely underwhelmed by the service of our existing provider. FibreServe took their time to provide really helpful guidance and support around our internet connectivity needs - even though renewal isn't due until next year.

I’ve been working with Andrew as my supplier and the experience has been excellent from start to finish. He’s always available, consistently around when needed, and never misses a call, which makes a huge difference when things need to move quickly.

The BT Wholesale pricing has been very competitive, offering great value without compromising on quality. Most importantly, the product itself works reliably and performs exactly as expected.

From the outset, the pricing was extremely competitive, especially considering it’s still a fully monitored and managed BT Wholesale product — great value without compromising on quality or reliability.

Andrew has been outstanding throughout the process. He’s always been approachable, easy to deal with, and most importantly always available. It’s refreshing to work with someone who consistently answers the phone and is genuinely there to support you whenever needed.

Mike and Steven, who managed the project, were also excellent. They were professional, knowledgeable, and kept everything running smoothly from start to finish. Communication was clear, expectations were well managed, and the whole delivery felt well organised and stress-free.
