We are dedicated to delivering the ultimate experience in customer satisfaction.

We are a multi award-winning Telecoms company based in Manchester. Our inception was devised to bring a local touch to BT Services. As part of the BT Group Plc family, we provide BT Fibre Leased Line connections, BT VoIP Telephone Systems and BT Business Grade Internet Services all with upto 35% lower service fees.

FibreServe is guided by a vastly experienced (ex BT) management team, with a collective 85 years spent working inside BT (British Telecom Plc). Our team learnt the best aspects around the product and how to ensure quality, whilst removing the red tape.

The mission is simple, provide a perfect product with a ‘local touch’ service package, one which delivers a 24/7 enhanced level of support and fulfilment for the customer.

We take great pride in our innovative and collaborative approach towards our customer experience. This is why we have replaced a sales staff model in favour of Technical Specialist, who advise our customers through the product portfolio. Reputation and customer experience are at the forefront of everything we do.

We we have a fully joined up project delivery team to ensure we have no service delays. Fully backed by BT Wholesale Technical experts to assist and resolve any questions or queries.

At FibreServe we ensure that each customer has a dedicated specialist badged to their account. This ensures that you always speak to the same person for continuity. The same approach is mirrored across the ‘project delivery’ phase also.

Andrew gave us a new Cloud phone system that allows us to take customer calls on the move and we can transfer calls back into the office when we can’t speak. I spoke to FibreServe in advance of an upcoming renewal for our business internet line, as I wanted to get a better idea of other providers in the market, having been largely underwhelmed by the service of our existing provider. FibreServe took their time to provide really helpful guidance and support around our internet connectivity needs - even though renewal isn't due until next year.

He’s always available, consistently around when needed, and never misses a call, which makes a huge difference when things need to move quickly.

Mike and Steven, who managed the project, were also excellent. They were professional, knowledgeable, and kept everything running smoothly from start to finish. Communication was clear, expectations were well managed, and the whole delivery felt well organised and stress-free.
