FibreServe Communications was founded by a vastly experienced management team, with a collective 55 years spent working inside BT (British Telecom Plc). Our team learnt the best aspects around the product and how to ensure quality, whilst removing the red tape.

It was this experience that generated the need to develop a more ‘local touch’, one which delivers an enhanced level of support and fulfilment for the customer.

We take great pride in our innovative and collaborative approach towards our customer experience. This is why we have replaced a sales staff model in favour of Technical Specialist, who advise our customers through the product portfolio. Reputation and Customer Experience are at the forefront of everything we do.

We we have a fully joined up project delivery team to ensure we have no service delays. Fully backed by BT Wholesale Technical experts to assist and resolve any questions or queries.

At FibreServe we ensure that each customer has a dedicated specialist badged to their account. This ensures that you always speak to the same person for continuity. The same approach is mirrored across the ‘project delivery’ phase also.

  • Our Support Telephone number is open and manned 24 hours a day
  • A full Turn-key solution delivered by a dedicated project manager from start to finish
  • One to One Service provision and Support, technical engineers will be badged to a customer so you will always speak to the same member of staff
